What this method does
Steaming cooks food using circulating steam below 100 °C. No direct contact with water. Maximum retention of vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds.

  • Visiotherm (integrated)

  • Optional: Audiotherm

Why this setup is non-negotiable

  • The EasyQuick lid creates a closed steam environment without pressure.

  • Visiotherm allows temperature control without lifting the lid, avoiding steam loss.

  • Food cooks in its own moisture; added water is unnecessary.

Best used for
Vegetables, fish, delicate proteins, stuffed vegetables, grains.
