What this method does
Steaming cooks food using circulating steam below 100 °C. No direct contact with water. Maximum retention of vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds.

Why this setup is non-negotiable
The EasyQuick lid creates a closed steam environment without pressure.
Visiotherm allows temperature control without lifting the lid, avoiding steam loss.
Food cooks in its own moisture; added water is unnecessary.

Vegetables, fish, delicate proteins, stuffed vegetables, grains.
